Job description: Job DescriptionOur client is a dynamic and fast-growing legal firm providing comprehensive legal solutions to clients across various industries, both domestically and internationally is hiring a Legal Officer for Dubai location.We are looking for candidates with the following– Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.– Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions, in both English and Chinese.– Provide support in reviewing and analyzing legal documents and correspondence.– Assist in preparing legal memoranda and reports for internal and external use.– Collaborate with senior legal staff to analyze legal risks and provide strategic advice to clients.– Stay updated on developments in Chinese law and regulations relevant to the firm’s practice areas.– Handle administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Expected salary: 12000 per month
