Job description: with 10-15 years strong legal experience in corporate, commercial, and general laws, and at least five years experience in UAE laws.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures including regulatory framework.
Negotiation and drafting skills and business sense to deal with multiple functional teams in a rapidly scaling business.
Outstanding skills in Legal Language for drafting and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English Language
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information.
Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
To work independently as well as part of various business teams.
Expected salary: 13000 per month
