Job description: Responsibilities:
1.Drafting and Negotiation of Contracts and Legal Documents
2.Creation of Legal and Interrogatory Documents
3.Record Maintenance and Data Management
4.Coordination of Agreements and Payments
5.Arrangement in accordance with Management decision to form a Company/ branch/ partnership/ Corporation/ partnership.
6.Prepare, Review and updating of POA.
7.Support development of detailed business plans
8.Assist due diligence processes, including coordination across functional, regional and branch teams
9.Ensuring the below basic requirement of new company is in place
10.During Dissolution, ensuring the financial statements are compiled as according to the law and requirement
11.Arrangement for Audited Certificate for the Transactions until the date of closure
12.Communicating for any Company Assets (Vehicles, Machineries, Camera’s, lifts, etc.) for selling or transferring
13.Ensuring the Stocks are being cleared or moved
14.Check for the validity of Trade License, Visas, Insurance, Tenancy, Employment Registration, etc. arrangement of cancelling the same
15.Drafting and Review of Agreements for Product Development/Design – Draft and review agreements concerning product development and designer services.
16.Drafting and Review of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) – Draft and review SLAs for services including Pest Control, Vehicle Maintenance, Fire Safety, and Civil Defense.
17.Preparation and Arrangement for Legalization of Documents – Facilitate the legalization of documents as required for international and domestic use.
18.Coordination with Intellectual Property Lawyers – Collaborate with intellectual property lawyers for the registration of trade names/marks both locally and internationally and manage the renewal process.
19.Arrange for the secure dispatch of original legal documents to parties for signature through courier services.
20.Management of Trade License and lease renewals – Oversee and ensure timely renewals of company trade licenses and Lease.
21.Payment Arrangement for Various Fees – Manage payment arrangements for trade license renewals, PO Box fees, tenancy contract renewals, lease renewals, and registration renewals.
22.Arrangement for Legal Translation – Coordinate with outsourced translators for the legal translation of documents as required.Requirements
1)8-10years of UAE work experience in Legal for Retail / Manufacturing Industry, from which 2-3 years in managerial position.

4)Good communication and interpersonal skills
5)Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
6)Ability to cope with several projects simultaneously with short deadlines
