Job description: The Learning Solutions Manager will oversee the design and delivery of tailored learning programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. This role requires expertise in learning and development within the Human Resources function in the not-for-profit sector.

  • Develop and implement learning strategies that address organisational needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end design of bespoke learning programmes, including content creation and delivery methods.
  • Evaluate the success of learning initiatives and continuously improve programmes based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Oversee relationships with external training providers and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on learning and development trends and best practices within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Support the Human Resources team with initiatives to enhance employee engagement and development.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on learning activities and their impact on organisational objectives.
