Job description: The Learning Solutions Manager will oversee the design and delivery of tailored learning programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. This role requires expertise in learning and development within the Human Resources function in the not-for-profit sector.
- Develop and implement learning strategies that address organisational needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Maintain accurate records and reports on learning activities and their impact on organisational objectives.
