About your new role:

You’ll join our Centre of Excellence team that is dedicated to building contemporary and specialised HR and Organisational Development initiatives to the whole of business.

Day to day you’ll connect and collaborate across various internal and external stakeholders to schedule and coordinate our state-wide organisational learning programs.

You’ll be a Learning System expert and build scalable solutions that are supported by robust system management – the possibilities are endless in this role. You will play a pivotal role in building our learning culture through developing and implementing ways to maximise our learning offering and the experience we offer our learners. A keen approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement will ensure your successful contribution to our strategic vision for organisational learning at EQL.

The remuneration for your new role is from $105k – $118k per annum plus 12.75% superannuation (9-day fortnight) and from $121k – $136k per annum plus 12.75% superannuation (10-day fortnight).

About you:

You’re known for your attention to detail and time management skills with demonstrated experience in managing large scale program rollouts across multiple locations.

You hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment OR Certificate IV Learning Design and Facilitation OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

You have demonstrated experience designing and developing learning collateral and you are proficient in building and coordinating learning through SAP Success Factors.
