Job description: ResponsibilitiesConduct performance appraisals and job analysis to assess employee productivity and development needs.Draft and update job descriptions with the hiring team and HR.Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.Facilitate onboarding process for new hires to ensure seamless integration into the organization.Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities for skills enhancement.Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.Assist in the design and delivery of leadership development programs.Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all L&D activities.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Proven work experience as a Learning and Development Specialist, Trainer, or similar role.Solid understanding of learning theories and training methodologies.Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP) is a plus.Experience in the construction or industrial sector is advantageous.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and learning management systems.Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a managerial or assistant managerial role.Strong understanding of performance appraisal processes and methodologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to draft clear and concise job descriptions.Experience in designing and delivering training programs.Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices.Strong organizational and project management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.

Expected salary: 10000 – 12000 per month
