The primary purpose of this role is to:

  • Ensure the design, build, test, and delivery of SAP solutions in the Order to Cash business track are all delivered on time and with quality by meeting business requirements & expectations.
  • Act as the SME and work cross-functionally with other business process tracks (such as Procure to Pay, Plan to Manufacture, Record to Report) to ensure design impact and solution integrity among business processes and SAP systems.
  • Assist leadership and business leads in proof of concepts ahead of implementation, projects scoping, and planning estimates.
  • Lead system and process design, configuration, and run requirement sessions with stakeholders, to deliver comprehensive solutions to implementation.
  • Support operational processes and continuous improvements with respect to process design and system optimization aspects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, build, test, and delivery of SAP solutions in the Order to Cash business process track and ensure on-time delivery, while meeting business requirements & expectations.
  • Ensure cross-functional integration (such as Procure to Pay, Plan to Manufacture, Record to Report) with Order to Cash are proactively identified and addressed.
  • Ensure solution integrity among business processes that cut across various SAP systems, including but not limited to TM, EWM and other third party systems.
  • Lead all system and process design, configuration, run requirement sessions with stakeholders (including vendors, business partners, and IT teams) to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Assist leadership and business leads in Proof of Concepts ahead of implementation, projects scoping, and planning estimates.
  • Support operational processes and continuous improvements with respect to process design and system optimization aspects.
  • Collaborate with various business leads, SMEs, and end users to provide guidance on best practices and advise on best fit solutions for the given business requirements.
  • Support cross-functional teams (such as Salesforce, E-commerce) for projects, support, monthly releases, and enhancement delivery that has a design impact on the Order to Cash track.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
  • 7+ years of extensive experience in SAP SD-LE (Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution) in leading the O2C/Order to Cash business process track.
  • 2 or more End to End implementation lifecycle experiences, involved in all stages (including blue printing, gap analysis, design, realization, go-live, and steady state transition).
  • Basic SAP ABAP experience and a good general understanding of IDOC, EDIs
  • Cross-functional experience with other ECC modules such as MM and FI-CO.
  • Cross-functional experience with TM (Transportation Management) and WM/EWM (Warehouse Management) and experience in leading projects on that front.
  • Experience in handling EDI and E-commerce/non-SAP integration aspects.
  • System development life-cycle hands-on experience, from analysis to designing, customizing, testing, performance tuning, and documentation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A flexible approach to learning, including mentoring, self-help, on-the-job, computer-based, and classroom-style training.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours, as support and some project activities may require working outside usual business hours or on weekends.
