You’ll join a technology group that’s tightly coupled with our finance team to automate business processes and unlock capacity for enhanced analytics and new ideas.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Data analysis related to ledger feeds and our financial products subledger.
- Design and implement SAP/S4 FICO solutions to enhance business needs and financial processes.
- Configure SAP/S4 FICO modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Controlling, Group Reporting) and customize SAP solutions to fit business requirements and ensure integration with other SAP modules, including SAP FPSL
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP/S4 FICO and FPSL issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.
- Lead collaboration with finance teams in designing, developing, and deploying new applications and enhancements.
- Analyze existing financial processes to identify improvements and recommend solutions.
- Facilitate testing for new/improved systems, including creating test plans and leading User Acceptance Testing.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to team members as needed.
In office schedule: This position will be working in the office 2-3 days per week.The base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $142,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. - 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
- Understanding of financial processes and SAP FICO modules.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of SAP Bank Analyzer/FPSL preferable.
- Established SQL writing skills.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successful SAP S4/HANA project delivery and system optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP/S4 certification in FICO modules
- ABAP skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
