Job description: Our manufacturing client is seeking a Lead Mold Technician to join their team. As a Lead Mold Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing supporting the Operation and Technician teams. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Lead Mold Technician
Location: Ocala, FL
Pay Range: $25.00/hour
What’s the Job?
- Machine setups and mold startups
- Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Accurate production count keeping and reporting
- Maintaining data sheets, change checklists and process adjustments
- Training operators to adhere to all related company policies
What’s Needed?
- High School Diploma/GED and Technical Education
- 5 Years of mold setting and plastic injection molding experience
- Technologically advanced with experience in office programs
- Forklift and crane experience
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and organizational skills
