Job description: We have Openings for “Lay Up Technicians” Composite from AEROSPACE BACKGROUND”: 15 openings: Can be discussed: AL AIN: Minimum 3 Years of Understanding and experience in Fabric cutting/kitting, Manual/Automated carbon-fiber placement onto mold surfaces. in the same field, Demonstrates working knowledge of the Layup process and techniques Hand tools, or automated machines (Heat guns, scissors, blades, vac gauges) bind the honeycomb material between the pre-preg sheets. ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES KEY ACTIVITIES Production Execution · Pre-assess the design needs basis the customer templates/ design · Use composite binding techniques to bind the honeycomb and pre-impregnated sheets · Maintain high-quality output with high first-time right ratio · Consistently meet targets identified for the team under the specific heads i.e. Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Demand, People) Good understanding of composite fabrication techniques
Expected salary: 7000 – 7001 per month
