Job description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in surveying and measuring land to determine boundaries, locations, and other important features. You will be responsible for conducting surveys, collecting data, and creating detailed maps and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Responsibilities

- Conduct land surveys using various surveying equipment and techniques
- Collect and analyze survey data, including measurements and other relevant information
- Create detailed maps and reports based on survey findings
- Identify and mark property boundaries and land features
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey data for design and construction projects
- Assist in the development of survey plans and strategies
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment, ensuring accuracy and functionality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Professional license/certification as a Land Surveyor
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software, such as total stations and GPS
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Expected salary: 4000 – 5000 per month
