- Must have the cooking experience and managerial experience.
- Make all the managerial functions inside the kitchen
- Responsible of all the duty roaster inside the kitchen
- Responsible of all the operations inside the kitchen
- suggest new items for specials
- keep the quality and consistency of the food
- Ensure that all the rules of hygiene and sanitation are followed in the kitchen
- Ensure that the correct standard and methods of service are always maintained
- Motivate the staff
- Make cleaning schedule
- Make the market list
- Responsible of all the equipments and fridges
- Ensure the hygiene check list are followed on daily basics
- Control all the duties of the stewarding and their performance
- Prepare for training to improve the quality and loyalty of the staff
- Make sure all the food is prepared and presented as per MHG standards
- Send daily reports to the Head Chef & Executive Chef
- Follow the daily tasting check list before the lunch and diner service starts
- Ensure all the staff is following the FIFO principal in the kitchen ( First In First Out)
- Monitor the recording of the fridges temperature
- Oriental cooking experience
- Pro-active
- Ensure the satisfaction of all the customers
- Save the Cost
- Monitor the Food wastage inside the kitchen & the staff meal on daily basics
- Ensure that all stocks are ordered to a correct quantities, quality and price.
- Ensure that maintenance problems are promptly reported.
- Ensure the perfection of the products used in the Menu.
- Ensure that all the staff are constantly trained to effect good portion control and presentation
- Ensure all the orders are served on time to the customers without any delay
- Ensure all the stocks are being kept securely and under the correct conditions.

- Salary AED 6000-8000 PM
Expected salary: 6000 – 8000 per month
