- Maintain dress code and should always be neat, tidy and in a presentable manner.
- Perform routine maintenance on kitchen appliances and equipment, including ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, and other kitchen tools.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in kitchen equipment.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen systems and equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Assist with the installation of new kitchen equipment and system
- Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and health regulations.
- Be familiar with and comply with Facility Management standard of procedures.
- Basics Knowledge and understanding of engineering related drawings.
Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the supervisorQualification:
- High School Diploma.
- Trade certificate of Electrical/AC/Plumbing
- Any Vocational Training related to technical with Diploma/Certificate.
