Job Purpose
To assist Account Manager by providing administrative support in both an internal and external capacity and contribute to the success of the Account.
Reporting to:
Sales Manager – Key Accounts
Output:
Reporting
- Updating and sending all reports, internal and external, accurately, and timeously.
Admin Management
- Automated Orders
- Upcoming Promotions
- Price Updates
- Service Level
- Verifying packaging prices and increases against costing model, gathering invoices, and managing the PPV.
- Loading secondary supplier orders as per line manager’s request.
Service Level Management
- Daily service level management.
- Weekly internal shorts report.
Qualification details
- Grade 12
- BCom degree will be advantageous
- Drivers license and own car
Experience
- 2 years operational sales or FMCG experience
Working hours
Monday to Friday from 07h00 – 17h00

Expected salary: R264000 per year
