  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with footwear brands, distributors, and suppliers
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional partnerships to maximize sales and profitability
  • Ensure consistent and accurate brand representation across all channels

Category Growth and Sales Strategy

  • Develop strategic plans to drive revenue and increase market share in the footwear category
  • Monitor and analyze performance, pricing trends, and customer behavior to refine the assortment
  • Collaborate on product content optimization and merchandising strategies to increase conversions

Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination

  • Work with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain ideal stock levels and avoid under/overstock
  • Support timely order fulfillment, delivery performance, and stock rotation plans
  • Track margins and category-level P&L to drive profitability

Marketing and Campaign Execution

  • Plan and launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand collaborations
  • Leverage influencer marketing and digital channels to boost visibility
  • Evaluate campaign ROI and refine marketing strategies based on performance metrics

Data and Insights Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs including conversion rate, sales growth, inventory turnover, and customer engagement
  • Perform deep-dive analytics on customer trends and product performance
  • Share data-backed insights to guide buying, pricing, and promotional decisions

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in category management, key account management, or e-commerce (footwear preferred)
  • Solid understanding of online retail platforms, digital marketing, and sales optimization
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting dashboards, and performance analysis tools
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and cross-functional teams
