The job role involves an element of flexitime – offsite events, sometimes at weekendsKey Areas of Responsibilities:1. Project Management:
- Develop and manage project briefs while tracking tasks through the task
management system.
- Monitor deadlines, escalate potential risks, and ensure on-time delivery of
assigned tasks.2. Campaign Execution:
- Assist in the creation, distribution, and monitoring of marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with partners and their respective departments to execute marketing
campaigns.
- Track, measure, and report the performance of partner campaigns.
- Manage digital ad campaigns on LinkedIn, including setup, monitoring, and
optimization.
- Coordinate with external lead generation agencies to ensure campaign alignment
and effectiveness.3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Generate weekly and monthly reports with data-driven insights and ROI analysis
for management.
- Evaluate marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and identify areas for
improvement.4. Event Coordination:
- Organize and oversee events, launches, and roadshows.
- Ensure seamless execution in collaboration with operations and sales teams.
5. Budget Management:
- Track departmental expenses, manage purchase orders, and ensure budget
compliance.
- Escalate deviations and maintain accurate financial records.
6. Customer Experience & Innovation:
- Analyze customer journeys across various channels to enhance engagement and
retention.
- Stay updated with emerging marketing trends and technologies, providing
recommendations for adoption.7. Collaboration & Feedback:
- Collect feedback from internal departments to improve marketing efforts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose new strategies for growth.
8. Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance external perceptions of the brand across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and identity in all marketing activities.
Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced or B2B environment.
- Proficiency in e-commerce and data analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational capabilities.
- Experience working with partners, lead generation agencies, and cross-functional
teams.
- Negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full Time (5 days/week)Salary: AED 6,000 per month +Medical & Annual Airfare for self.
