As a Junior HRBP, you will serve as a trusted advisor to line managers and business leaders, helping to shape and implement effective HR strategies across organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, and workforce optimization. - Develop and execute the HR plan aligned with overall business strategy and growth objectives
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce
- Create and manage training and development programs, especially for high-potential employees
- Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws
- Facilitate change management efforts and assist in organizational restructuring initiatives
- Act as a communication bridge between HR and business units, ensuring consistent messaging and feedback
- Monitor workforce metrics and provide financial insights related to manpower costs and budgeting
- Ensure adherence to company policies and support Emiratisation and diversity goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve engagement and workplace satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or Psychology
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR advisory or generalist roles
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency highly desirable
- Ability to manage change, resolve conflict, and influence decision-making
- Digital literacy in HR systems, analytics, and reporting tools
