Job description: Dubai, UAE SALARY: 15,000 AED – 15,000 AED PER: Month TERM: PermanentWe are seeking a diligent and motivated Junior Compliance Officer to join our Client’s compliance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the financial services sector. This role is crucial in ensuring that their operations adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs and policies.
- Monitor and review company practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Assist in preparing compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Provide support in responding to regulatory inquiries and inspections.
- Stay updated with changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting the financial services industry.
- Participate in training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to address compliance-related issues and provide guidance on compliance matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards within the DIFC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
