Job description: Responsibilities:
1.Bookkeeping
2.Maintain records/invoices filing as per UAE VAT/Corporate tax law. Following up with suppliers to get the Tax Invoices within time frame stipulated by Law.
3.Issuing tax invoices as per VAT law and following up debtors where required.
4.Posting Journals in SAGE accounting system.
5.Gathering and keeping record of site expenses as per VAT law.
6.Maintaining accounts payable list, ensure timely payment of invoices as per credit terms, matching with authorized/signed purchase orders.
