This position will place emphasis on computer-based systems that support and enhance plant capabilities in a light manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starting individual with a strong software development in C- Sharp and ASP environment. The success of a manufacturing plant depends on how well its systems work together and how well data can be acquired. Candidate must be able to understand existing data structures, systems and interfaces and be able to craft methods to connect systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, hardware engineers, and production managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our production floor.You will make an impact by:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex software.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define software requirements and specifications.
- Architect scalable and efficient software solutions that address performance, reliability, and usability requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers or identified during testing and validation activities.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development.
You will win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 1+ years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on C # programming in a Windows environment.
- Must possess skills in full stack development, system administration, DevOps, unit testing, agile development, code version control, and the implementation of cyber security patches.
- MS SQL, C#, ASP .NET and Entity Framework, coupled with experience in configuring and managing IIS and Docker for web application deployment.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, complemented by a fundamental understanding of React.js, enabling contribution to both backend and frontend development tasks.
- Versatility across the development stack, from backend database management to frontend interface design and functionality, facilitating holistic contributions to project development and deployment processes.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in parallel computing, digital simulation, multi-threading, and distributed systems, enhancing capabilities in developing efficient and scalable software solutions.
- Familiarity with IoT concepts and physical computing principles, enriching the ability to design and implement software solutions for connected devices and sensor networks.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access, facilitating data manipulation, analysis, and reporting tasks integral to software development projects.
- Experience with Node-RED, enabling the creation of flow-based development environments for IoT applications, enhancing rapid prototyping and deployment capabilities.

- The pay range for this position is $ $67,480 – $115,680. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
