Job description: Our client, a leading insurtech company specializing in embedded insurance distribution and marketing solutions is seeking to hire a Jr. Sales Manager for their office based in Dubai.Job Responsibilities:

- A sales professional with a hunter mentality.
- Prospecting new business for alternative distribution and growing company revenue streams.
- Evaluate and convert the pipeline of opportunities involving travel partners and brokers.
- Build and strengthen a proactive relationship with our existing travel partners and brokers.
- Understand key business drivers to exceed and accelerate revenue growth.
- Actively business develop and attract new travel agencies via prospecting, networking, and leveraging referrals.
- Ensure credit quality is maintained.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors.
- Drive broker relationship mapping to increase the market awareness of WIS.
- Identify new areas for growth and ensure our propositions are relevant and meaningful in the market i.e. we deliver things that the trade wants to buy.
Education & other requirements:
- Bachelor`s Degree in any vertical.
- Proven Experience in B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to be creative, think through commercial challenges and make recommendations/execute.
- “A People’s Person”, ability to quickly build relationships and sustain them.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Experience in selling ancillary revenue-type products.
- Driven, energetic, motivated by numbers and success.
- Team player, an active team member contributing to the overall success of others and adding to the company culture.
- UAE Driver’s License is a must.
Salary: AED 7000 – 12000Working Hours/ Days: 9am to 6pm / 5 days a weekJob Location: JLT, Dubai
Expected salary: 7000 – 12000 per month
