Proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.The Lead Engineer- ERP/SAP Logistics is responsible for owning ERP deliver logistics service to design, build, and deploy warehouse and logistics solutions. The role will also require leading Deliver functional teams.Responsibilities:
- The person would be playing a lead engineer in a HPT team and will be point of contact TS Build, Design, Test, and Deployment in multiple SAP ERPs.
- Work with release train engineers to intake, estimate, and quote for deliver requirements and projects.
- Work with Business/Business technology teams to define and intake logistics and transportation requirements.
- Work with solution leads to design the best process for the business requirements.
- Config and work with technical team to build the end-to-end processes in SAP.
- Handle end-to-end SDLC in SOLMAN, release review, Common object management, and deployment for Logistics and transportation changes.
- Lead unit test, system testing, and Support BST and UAT testing cycles for logistics/Transportation changes.
- Accountable for cut-over tasks and deployment of logistics and transportation ERP changes.
QualificationsEducation:
- A bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience and Skills:Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in SAP/SD LE is required and must have two end to end full lifecycle implementation experience.
- Must have experience setting up logistics operations like Delivery, Pick, Pack, Delivery Note, PGI, and Proof of delivery in SAP ERP is required.
- Experience with SAP S/4 Hana and ECC is required.
- Qualified candidate should have experience with transportation functionalities like shipment, carrier selection, Shipment consolidation.. etc.
- Experience leading offshore and onsite IT teams is preferred.
- A minimum 3 years of AGILE methodology experience is required.
- Multi-functional knowledge of SAP FI, MM, QM and source modules is desired.
- End to end Supply Chain experience is required.
- Must have experience of working with technical teams like ABAP, Basis, security and Web methods is required.
- Should have experience working with global teams.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills is required.
- Ability to successfully support multiple critical issues simultaneously is required.
- Experience with FDA environment preferred.
- Experience with medical device and vision business is preferred.

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
