- Need to work with CLIENT business and local vendors. Physical office movement including all existing technologies.(Meeting rooms, users work stations, executive office rooms)
- Office 365 products (Outlook, Teams, word, excel.. etc)
- windows 10, MS Teams meeting room support.
- Remote users support through MS Teams.
- Knowledge on Mac support.
- iPhone standard email configuration.
- Projects handled experience
- Executive IT support
- IT service ticketing tool (Need to monitor It tickets and provide solution on On-site and remote users)
- Knowledge of Networking ( CLIENT has separate Team for network configuration, but Engineer must know about basics with network)
- IT Engineer has to work with network LAN support team for the new office setup.
Expected salary: 9000 per month
