- Advanced Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of business applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office Application Suite, Adobe, AutoCAD
- Operating System Deployment / Upgrade project experience
- Desktop and Laptop imaging
- Experience in a busy technical support environment
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Systems
- Disciplined trouble shooting skills
- Strong team working
- Ability to always follow up problems with customers to completion
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Proactive customer service attitude
Required Experience
- 6+ years of previous technical IT work experience with System Administration, Networking, or IT Support roles.
- Previous experience with supporting technical engineering or geoscience applications preferred.
Scope of Work
- Work as part of a team of IT Service Desk
- Deploy Operating System Images on laptops
- Install and configure Business applications
- Migrate user data and profile to new system
- Manage the distribution and inventory of computer equipment and accessories.
- Provide advanced IT technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for system users.
- Escalate support issues as necessary to other members of the IT team.
- Provide expertise in a range of business and technical applications.
- Ensure that the appropriate Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes in support of the project are followed
Expected salary: 9000 per month
