The incumbent is responsible for business transformation through the design and documentation of solution architecture standards and procedures while providing leadership in solving complex business technology problems. The position leads ITD efforts in the selection of tools, software, hardware, and communications interfaces and conducts technical reviews and analyses in order to define requirements including solution options.   • Provides leadership and direction for the design, development, and support of IT solutions.
  • Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and best practices.
  • Responsible for researching, troubleshooting, and resolving tier 3 issues escalated by ITD support teams.
  • Communicates with IT management and business units to determine the optimal utilization and application of technology where multiple solution options exist with similar functionality.
  • Analyzes and designs highly complex technology solutions in a collaborative environment.
  • Works closely with technology consultants and business units to align IT strategy with business needs.
  • Reviews project and enhancement requests to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategy (hardware and software standards).
  • Leads and participates in technology and code review sessions.
  • Conducts detailed research and makes recommendations to support the adoption of new technology.
  • Leads the development of solution roadmaps and technical implementation for major business technology systems and integration.
  • Maintains and updates governance policies, standards, procedures, processes, documentation, and best practices for data governance and solutions design.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum RequirementsNOTE: You must fill out the work history and education sections of application to show you have years of experience/education as required by hiring department or be disqualified.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in information technology or related field.
Five (5) years of experience in at least one of the following SAP domains required: ABAP, OData, Application Specifics, Workflow, Optical Archiving, SuccessFactors, Business Technology Platform, Active Directory, User Management, EDI, PI, CPI, CAI, CRM, Solution Manager, CHARM, Launchpad, S/4 HANA, SAP Portals, or FIORI.
Possession of an industry recognized SAP Technical Certification is preferred but not required.
Must possess extensive knowledge of systems analysis, program design and specification, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Must be able to multi-task and work independently on the most complex assignments using independent discretion and judgment as well as transition quickly between projects and issues with minimal supervision.
Must have the ability to gather requirements, analyze systems, develop solutions, and test and document changes working in collaboration with other developers in a team environment.
Must have the demonstrated ability to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into system solutions.
Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to easily and effectively interact with technical, non-technical, support, business staff, and external vendors at all levels.
Position requires the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Must be able to work and communicate effectively with both team members and customers. Position requires the ability to understand the concepts, best practices, and execution of business analysis and project management principles.
Must have the ability to verify that the product meets the requirements.
Position requires the ability to follow standards and system development methodology.
Must be able to display a courteous and professional demeanor.

Each case is considered individually.Physical Demands and Work Environment & Other RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to bend, carry, hear, keyboard, lift below the waist, lift between waist and shoulder, lift to the side/twist, pull, push, reach, reach overhead, perform repetitive tasks, see color, see near, sit, squat, stand, stoop, talk, twist, use his/her hands, walk, work alone and with others, and work overtime. Expected salary: $4323.16 – 5187.79 per month
