Job description: What You Can Expect
As the SAP Run Support Manager in Houston, Texas for ENGIE’s Global Business Services (GBS) North America you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of SAP systems and applications. This person is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, security, and compliance of the SAP environment. Every day, you will report to the GBS IT Director North America to provide technical and functional support to SAP users, troubleshoot issues, implement changes and coordinate with other IT teams and vendors.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Engineering or its equivalent
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience working in an SAP modules, architectures, landscapes and integration
- Experience leading SAP run support teams, assigning task, monitoring progress, and evaluating performance
- Ability to be client facing to provide guidance and training to SAP users and stakeholders on SAP functionality and best practices
- Expert knowledge in SAP tools, technologies, and methodologies, such as SAP Solution Manager, SAP Basis, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP ABAP, SAP S/4HANA, etc.
- Demonstrated success leading implementations, integrations and operation in an IT role required

Compensation
Salary Range: $112,000 – $172,500 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
