Job Description
- After a successful 2023, looking for a new Data Specialist to join the team.
- Responsible for handling huge amounts of data.
- Involved and working under the human capital analytics team.
- Work closely HR department including TA, Payroll, Manpower Planning.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Has 8-10 years of professional experience.
- Knowledgeable with MS Excel and BI tools such as Jaspersoft, PowerBI, and Tableau.
- Strong IT background and focused on data quality, presentations, and analysis.
- Preferably with experience working on big companies, government, and manufacturing industry.
- Fluent in English.
