Job description: Job Description :A multinational company is recruiting a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Executive to manage parts operations for an equipment product line. This role reports to the Parts Manager.The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end inventory coordination, from order placement to logistics and claims management, ensuring the timely availability of parts to support aftermarket services and new machine assembly.Key Responsibilities

- Raise purchase orders based on demand forecasts and consumption trends.
- Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers to ensure timely procurement of parts.
- Monitor stock levels across warehouses and service centres to prevent overstocking or stock-outs.
- Use inventory management systems to track movement and replenish parts as needed.
- Ensure timely ordering of parts kits required for new machine assembly and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection).
- Collaborate with production and planning teams to align orders with build schedules.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics providers for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Track shipments, ensure proper documentation, and resolve any delivery delays.
- Process warranty and logistics claims with suppliers and transporters.
- Maintain documentation and follow up until resolution and reimbursement.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle audits.
- Investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate system records.
- Develop strong working relationships with key suppliers and partners.
- Monitor supplier performance for delivery timelines, accuracy, and quality.
- Analyze historical consumption data and seasonal trends to forecast part requirements.
- Support demand planning efforts for both aftermarket and OEM parts.
- Identify opportunities to streamline inventory operations and reduce lead times.
- Support implementation of best practices in warehouse and inventory management.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, order status, claims, and logistics performance.
- Maintain records for audits and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory or parts management, preferably in heavy equipment or machinery.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Expected salary: 7500 per month
