Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 15,000 per monthWe are seeking an Internal Control and Compliance Specialist to ensure the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and internal control policies. This role is key in improving compliance, safety standards, and operational integrity across the business.Key Responsibilities:Enforce health & safety policies and standards, ensuring continuous improvement.Lead safety initiatives, raise awareness, and engage employees on-site.Design, implement, and assess internal controls to ensure error-free operations and compliance.Support internal control reviews, report deficiencies, and track corrective actions.Collaborate with auditors and business partners to resolve risks and audit findings.Develop training materials to build internal control and compliance awareness.Qualifications:Experience in internal controls, compliance, and health & safety management.Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Ability to lead training and improvement initiatives.FOR MORE INFORMATIONCONTACT Elle Appleby
