As an Interior Design BIM Modeler, you will play a critical role in producing accurate and coordinated BIM models that represent interior elements across residential and commercial projects. You will adhere to BIM standards, ensure model quality, extract relevant documentation, and collaborate with multiple design disciplines to support seamless project delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and detailed 3D interior models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Maintain models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with LOD and BIM protocols
- Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or BIM 360 and assist in resolution with internal stakeholders
- Adhere to ISO 19650, PAS 1192 standards, and internal BIM workflows and naming conventions
- Integrate design input from architectural, MEP, and structural teams to produce coordinated models
- Participate in coordination meetings and facilitate model reviews
- Extract detailed 2D drawings, BOQs, material take-offs, and schedules from BIM models
- Contribute to the production of as-built models for project handover
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architecture with post-graduate BIM certification
- Minimum 3-5 years of BIM experience in interior design or architectural projects
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with BIM standards including ISO 19650 and PAS 1192
- Experience with clash detection, LOD protocols, and interior construction documentation
- Strong understanding of space planning, interior detailing, and design documentation
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage time and deliver under project deadlines
