- Growing NDIS service Delivery across CLO
- Initial assessment, intake and onboarding of new participants
- Attending stakeholder meetings to promote the organisation
- Attend expos, trade shoes and other events to proactively promote the organisations services
- Develop proposals and other communication with stakeholders
- Monitoring the disability sector and reporting on market data
- Clear and accurate record keeping of information
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience growing a business and meeting targets
- Ability to influence and drive successful outcomes
- Knowledge of the NDIS and an understanding of the disability sector
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience collecting and analysing data
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and funding requirements for service provisions and development
Qualifications and Essential Licences:
- Current ‘C Class’ Driver’s Licence
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check / DHS Disability Related Clearance or willing to obtain
- Bachelor Degree (industry-related or Business)
- Must satisfy all Visa requirements to work in Australia
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
