Established in 1982 by a group of local parents who wanted respite and accommodation for their adult children, we have expanded exponentially because our participants love our services.About The RoleAre you great at building relationships and love growing businesses? We’re looking for someone energetic to lead our expansion and projects for CLO under the NDIS.We need someone who’s people-focused, great at managing projects, understands NDIS services, is good at sales, and can turn inquiries into services.   • Growing NDIS service Delivery across CLO
  • Initial assessment, intake and onboarding of new participants
  • Attending stakeholder meetings to promote the organisation
  • Attend expos, trade shoes and other events to proactively promote the organisations services
  • Develop proposals and other communication with stakeholders
  • Monitoring the disability sector and reporting on market data
  • Clear and accurate record keeping of information

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience growing a business and meeting targets
  • Ability to influence and drive successful outcomes
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and an understanding of the disability sector
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience collecting and analysing data
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and funding requirements for service provisions and development

Qualifications and Essential Licences:

  • Current ‘C Class’ Driver’s Licence
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check / DHS Disability Related Clearance or willing to obtain
  • Bachelor Degree (industry-related or Business)
  • Must satisfy all Visa requirements to work in Australia
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English
