Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Insurance Coordinator. As an Insurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the process.Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the insurance claims process from start to finish
- Review and verify insurance policies, ensuring accurate documentation
- Communicate with customers and insurance companies to gather necessary information for claims processing
- Prepare and submit insurance claims, adhering to company guidelines and deadlines
- Follow up on submitted claims to ensure timely payment
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns related to their insurance claims
- Maintain accurate records of all insurance claims and related documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the claims process
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in insurance claims processing or related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in the use of computer systems and software, including MS Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Familiarity with insurance billing and coding systems is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Expected salary: 5700 – 7200 per month
