- Handle an average of 55 calls per day for multiple medical groups/hospital departments
- Collect patient information and enter data into the EPIC electronic health record system
- Schedule appointments, register patients, verify insurance eligibility, and inform patients of their financial responsibility
- Route calls to the correct administrative and clinical departments after assessing patients’ needs
- This is an in-person role at Endeavor’s Patient Access Center (4901 Searle Parkway in Skokie)

- 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of inbound call center experience
- Basic computer skills (Windows, Excel, Outlook) and typing speed of 25 WPM
- Strong attendance and punctuality
Preferred:
- 1 year of healthcare, medical insurance, or patient scheduling experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
Skills:
- Excellent customer service with active listening and problem-solving abilities

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
