Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill service requests related to network access
- Create new accounts and security groups in Active Directory, Citrix, RSA, and other technologies
- Provide customer support & interact with customers to understand their security requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
- 2 years IT technical experience in infrastructure and/or applications
- Demonstrated experience with network security & access provisioning in Active Directory and Azure AD
- Experience with:
- RSA
- Hardware/software tokens
- Citrix & web filtering
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology OR other job related degree
Location: Columbia, SC.
This job is primarily an onsite role. You will be required to work at an onsite location. This position may allow up to 80% remote work.
The salary range for this position is $40,000 – $55,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
