- Deliver interactive ICT lessons aligned with curriculum standards for middle school
- Adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs including ESL and varying academic levels
- Use technology creatively in lesson planning and delivery to enhance engagement
- Assess and report student progress using formative and summative methods
- Establish a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment that encourages self-discipline
- Participate in curriculum planning, school events, and extracurricular programs
- Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, assessments, and student progress
- Communicate regularly with parents about academic performance and classroom behavior
- Uphold GEMS policies, code of conduct, and values across all school activities
RequirementsEducation:
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Information Technology, or related field
- Teaching certification (B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent) is preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in ICT, ideally at the middle school level
- Experience with international or British curriculum schools is an advantage
