Summary of This Role
The Cloud Security Identity and Access Management Analyst is the guardian of identity and access and is responsible for safeguarding critical and confidential information belonging to GPN or for which GPN is the custodian. The Identity and Access Management Analyst is responsible for defining and designing security controls in the cloud environments . The Identity and Access Management Analyst participates in the development of workflows, system configuration, documentation, optimization and support related to access, while working with application teams to deploy new applications and functionality.
The Analyst effectively communicates department and organization wide policies and procedures impacting Identity and Access management to end users, leadership, and peers to ensure compliant practices. In addition, the Identity and Access Management Analyst provides guidance on optimizing security builds based on appropriate minimum necessary standards. The Analyst is responsible for the on-going maintenance, testing, support and optimization of Identity Governance and Role Based Access Control (RBAC).
The Identity and Access Management Analyst works independently, holds team and organization level responsibilities and leads small to medium scale projects. The Analyst assists other team members and Cloud staff and leaders related to identity and access management and participates in continuous improvement activities.
What Part Will You Play?
Act as Subject-matter expertise across all IAM topics as it relates to both cloud, on-premise, Customer and Colleague enterprise technology, and the relationship between the architectures.
Drive the adoption of Authentication and Authorization reference architectures for existing, new and emerging IAM technologies.
Drive the creation and adoption of IAM capability roadmaps to respond to and address business and technology drivers.
Participate in Identity and Access Management enterprise governance processes and drive IAM standards adoption.
Develop effective solutions that not only satisfy immediate project requirements but also deliver a coherent, reusable, reliable and phased architecture to help the business grow and change while aligning to strategic vision.
Create, maintain and align the Information Security policies and standards with industry best practices and business needs in the adoption of cloud services and technologies.
Represent Information Security on organizational project teams and ensure adherence to existing security policies and standards.
Develop solutions and recommendations for issues caused by process challenges, emerging threats and technology changes.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Relevant Experience or Degree in: in Information Security or Computer Science
- Typically Minimum 3+ Years Relevant Exp
- Prior experience must be as an Information Security Analyst, or related role. Advises leaders of regulatory audit requirements and reviews most complex solutions developed by others to address findings. Degree strongly preferred; however, additional 4 y

- One or more of the following (or similar) -CISSP, CISA, CISM, PCI-QSA, PA-QSA, PCIP, CRISC, Security +, CGEIT
