- Teach an interdisciplinary Humanities curriculum across KS4/KS5 with a focus on global issues, historical analysis, and socio-economic systems
- Facilitate inquiry-based lessons that encourage critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and academic research
- Incorporate real-world case studies, simulations, and sustainability education aligned with UN SDGs
- Use advanced tools and digital platforms, including VR simulations, geospatial tools, and multimedia archives
- Guide students through coursework, project-based assessments, and academic competitions
- Collaborate with peers across the school to integrate cross-disciplinary themes into the broader curriculum
- Engage in global citizenship initiatives, student clubs, and service-learning projects
- Provide ongoing feedback, maintain academic records, and support personalized learning pathways
- Participate in parent meetings, staff CPD programs, and school-wide strategic initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related field with PGCE, PGDE, or BEd
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience teaching Humanities subjects (Geography, History, Economics, Global Studies) at KS4/KS5
- Strong command of interdisciplinary teaching strategies and student-centered learning
- Skilled in using educational technology and data-informed instruction
