The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, contributing to the overall employee experience, and ensuring that the hotel maintains its high standards of service and hospitality. - Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for newly hired staff
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support the performance appraisal process and employee development initiatives
- Handle HR inquiries from employees and provide guidance on HR policies
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and programs that enhance employee satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in HR or related administrative roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of HR functions, practices, and employment laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and strong work ethics
- Must be currently in UAE
Benefits:
- Basic salary of AED 4,000
- Fixed service charge of AED 500
