  • Deliver engaging HSE and food safety training sessions to employees and contractors
  • Conduct internal safety audits and inspections across facilities, equipment, and food service operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, hospitality-specific standards, and local regulations
  • Analyze safety data, identify trends, and prepare monthly performance dashboards for senior management
  • Support hazard identification, risk mitigation, and the implementation of corrective action plans
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, training sessions, and HSE documentation
  • Facilitate communication between departments to align on safety expectations and initiatives
  • Champion continuous improvement and a culture of accountability in all areas of HSE

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor\’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience in HSE roles within hospitality or service-based environments
  • Certified HSE practitioner with auditor training and understanding of audit methodology
  • Familiarity with HACCP and food hygiene standards is highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for compliance and documentation
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and HSE software tools for reporting and analytics
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels
