Job description: Responsibilities:Demonstrate the safety behavior and set an example for others.Follow the HSE policy, rules, standards, and advisories as communicated on siteInspection of unsafe act & condition, all HSE activities concerning operation and maintenance.Provide guidance, support, and advice to RMG operations and maintenance teams to ensure achievement of the highest standards of HSE performance.Conduct Risk Assessment to all hazardous activities related to the HSE department and ensure that all control measures to reduce the risk are in place. Follow-up the risk assessment implementation in RMG sites.Ensure all RMG emergency response related tools & equipment are operational & report any defect immediately, follow up the progress of the defect repair till completion.Lead the emergency response plan implementation in RMG to ensure all factors are effectively covered. Ensure the drills are conducted and followed as per the requirement to attain effectiveness of RMG emergency response plans. Ensure the emergency response team is trained & competent for fulfilling firefighting duties & rescue activities during their assigned shiftsEnsure all RMG emergency related tools and Equipments are in good and usable condition.Regularly audit the Equipments and report default in any for immediate replacement.Report on monthly basis the status of the emergency response related RMG HR tools & equipment, Follow the department reporting planMonitor all RMG shutdowns and PM days done through the year and ensure compliance of HSE rules as per the Holcim standards. Report the HSE performance for any shutdown on weekly basis with highlights on weak areas.Monitor all RMG customer sites activities on daily basis and ensure compliance of HSE rules as per the Holcim standards.Inspect and monitor RMG work areas, examine tools and equipment, provide employee safety training to prevent, detect & correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules. Plan HSE inductions for all new joiners. Assist in carrying out the induction or visitors on need basis. Track fitness to work records to ensure compliance with Holcim standards. Support the planning and implementation of the annual exposure reduction program.Support & Participate in any accident investigation.Support all RMG HSE related events (HSE Days, HSE Campaigns, etc).Required SkillsGraduate with safety certification. (NEBOSH IGC / IOSH level 3)5-8 years’ experience of implementing HSE procedures in a manufacturing environmentPassionate about safety.Eye for Details.Strong listening skills.Strong with reporting skills.Excellent influencing skills being able to explain HSE issues in a manner which people from all levels of the Business engage with and strive to adopt.Excellent communication skills being able to work with and train people on HSE procedures from all levels of the Business.

Expected salary: 8000 per month
