- Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs based on business growth and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Post job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through direct recruitment methods such as networking, cold-calling, and using recruitment tools like LinkedIn/Naukrigulf etc.
- Screening and Selection:
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
- Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling and coordinating interview panels with hiring managers.
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and assess candidates’ fit for the company culture.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist candidates through the hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring their smooth transition into the company.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with company policies and employment laws.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost per hire.
- Well versed in MS Excel for reports
- Onboarding:
- Assist in the design and implementation of onboarding programs for new hires.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all required paperwork is completed.
