Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in UAE in talent acquisition, recruitment roles with Construction , MEP, Interior Fit out companies will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Must have analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage HR data and metrics.
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Must be familiar with UAE employment laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, including job posting optimization, sourcing, and screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with line managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions and specifications that attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to proactively source candidates, including online platforms, professional networks, job fairs, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of applicants, including competency-based interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks, ensuring a robust and objective selection process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize talent acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition, and recommend innovative approaches to attract top talent.
Expected salary: 4000 – 5000 per month
