Job description: Job DescriptionsWe are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our internal HR initiatives and external consultancy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy, employee relations, and client management, with a focus on aligning HR operations with business goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s mission and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and performance management processes.
- Address employee relations issues, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Lead performance management, including goal setting and evaluations.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies as needed.
- Monitor and report HR metrics, providing insights to top management.
- Manage and optimize the HR budget.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and providing solutions.
- Lead HR consultancy projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliverables.
- Provide expert guidance on talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Mentor and manage a team of HR consultants.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in proposal preparation.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR consultancy services.
- Monitor project profitability and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- HR Certification such as CIPD, CIPP, or SHRM.
- Project management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and employment regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse HR team.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and business communication tools.
- Strong client management skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
