Job description: We are currently looking for a UAE National HR Officer for our Semi-Government company in Dubai
This role is ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process. Key responsibilities include sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, managing candidate relationships, and collaborating with hiring managers. The role involves aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals, ensuring a diverse candidate pool, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of HR experience
- At least high school diploma (Bachelor degree will be a plus)
- Open to both with khulasat al qaid and Marsoom holders
Salary: 20-25k AED plus benefits
