Job description: Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Human Resources Manager for their client in Dubai, which is a group of multispecialty medical clinics.We are looking for HR Managers with a minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in Dubai within a clinic setting.The role would require the candidate to review, advice and improve on employment policies, L&D, HR policies, workforce development, compliance to local laws, employee engagement, employee relations, rewards and recognition, recruitment, organizational culture, HR systems and payroll.Candidates without Managerial experience in UAE within a clinic setting would not qualify for this role.Candidates without Dubai experience would not qualify for this vacancy.
Salary: upto Aed 12,000 per month plus benefits.
