Job description: We’re Hiring: HR ManagerAre you an experienced HR professional with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of payroll systems? We’re looking for an HR Manager with strong expertise in payroll management to join our team in Sharjah.Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 6,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 – 6 years in the UAE
Scope: Must have handled payroll for at least 1,000 employeesKey Responsibilities:Payroll Management:Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing (monthly/bi-weekly)
Handle statutory deductions, tax compliance, and local labor law adherence
Coordinate with Finance on payroll funding and reconciliation
Manage year-end processes: Form 16, W-2, increments, bonuses
Compliance & Documentation:Stay up to date with labor/tax laws and statutory changes
Submit statutory reports: PF, ESI, TDS, PT, etc.
Maintain detailed and accurate payroll records
HR Operations Support:Support compensation structuring and benefits administration
Address employee queries on payroll, taxation, and reimbursements
Provide data support for internal and external auditsWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 3 years UAE experience in HR/Payroll
Proven track record in managing payroll for large workforces (1,000+ employees)
Strong understanding of payroll software and local statutory compliance
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Expected salary: 6000 per month
