UAE Labour law knowledge Well verse with UAE Central Bank regulations pertaining to HR Strong communication & interpersonal skills Presentation , Planning & organizing skills Conflict Management Skills5+ years working experience in the similar profile in UAE.
Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures across the organization in coordination with the Management and review its effectiveness. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Organize a comprehensive new employee orientation and engage new staff onboarding. Monitors the staff probation. Responsible for employee engagements. Maintain the organization structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions Identify training and development needs and arrange trainings accordingly. Responsible for arranging Central Bank Mandatory trainings. Monitors the Emiratization requirements and ensure the Company is meeting the regulatory requirements. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring. Providing detailed HR reports to the Management. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues and nurture a positive working environment Ensure Company is meeting HR standards in terms of the existing UAE Labour law. Handles workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures. Reviewing succession planning of staff. Responsible for payroll processing Monitors Performance appraisal for the employees. Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations to the Management.
Expected salary: 14000 per month
