Your primary responsibilities will be to oversee and manage various HR processes such as payroll , performance management, recruitment, offboarding, attendance, compensation & benefits, and ad hoc projects that may arise. Additionally, you will collaborate with business leaders and provide insightful advice and guidance to support their objectives.To be considered for this role, you must hold a bachelor’s degree with specializations in Human Resources or a CIPD Level 5 or above. You must have 3-5 years’ experience working within Human Resources – preferably at generalist level within Financial Services. It is essential that the successful applicant has UAE or GCC experience and is based in Abu Dhabi. Other desirable attributes include excellent English communication skills.
