Job description: Charterhouse are working with a well-known Luxury Fashion Brand who are looking to hire an HR Coordinator to join their Human Resources Department within their Dubai Office. To be considered for this role, the candidate must be a UAE National.About the role
The HR Coordinator will be part of the HR Team, working closely with and reporting to the HR Manager. This role will be supporting employees across the region, developing strong relationships, and embracing a teamwork approach. This role will also be working in a cross-functional role, the main responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment, such as screening candidates, preparing offer letters, and employment contracts, as well as visa applications and onboarding.This position is a fantastic opportunity and would suit somebody with an administration background who is looking to grow a career within this field. The HR Coordinator will be given full support from the HR Manager to learn and develop your HR Skills. Monthly site visits to retail stores are expected as part of the role, helping to maintain strong connections with in-store teams and support day-to-day HR operations.About you
To be considered for the role, the successful candidate should demonstrate excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to juggle tasks simultaneously. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be career-driven with a professional approach and have exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
