Job description: Responsibilities
1.Employee Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, coordinating with agencies screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and preparing job offers. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
2.Employee Records: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal details, attendance, leave records, and performance appraisals.
3.HR Administration: Support in preparing HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and other documentation.
4.Training & Development: Help coordinate employee training and development programs.
5.Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws and organizational policies, keeping up to date with changes in HR regulations.
6.Payroll Support: Monthly Processing of Employee Salaries (WPS).

8.HR Administrative Responsibilities
9.Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
10.Inventory Management: Track and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
11.Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events as required, including arranging travel and accommodation.
12.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain office files and records, ensuring documents are organized and accessible.Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2.Proven experience (1-3 years) in HR, administration, or office management.
3.Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
4.Familiarity with any HR software and office management
5.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
